We do not have a return policy. Exchange is accepted only on the basis of size mismatch. The original product should be in unused condition with labels and tags intact. Replacement items in lieu of returned product would be shipped on the next dispatch subject to availability. In case of exchange due to size mistmatch, cost of sending the product to us, should be paid by the customer. Cost of sending the alternative product back to customer, would be on us.
Exchange policy is available only on grounds of size mismatch, for the period of 7 days from the order delivery date.
Refund policy
Refund of purchase available only on grounds of manufacturing damage or defect. We recommend customers to maintain unpacking video recording for easy claim of refund. In the absence of unpacking video recording, refund request may be declined. Upon the assessment of claim request, our support team would get in touch with the customer and refund would be processed within 4-7 working days after receiving back the product.
Cash on delivery (COD) orders booked with part payment of delivery-handling fee would not be refunded in case of order cancellation/ order returning back due to wrong address provided by customer / order declined by customer at the time of delivery.
Shipping
We usually dispatch most orders same evening or within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
All orders received before 4pm on working days get dispatched the same evening. Orders received on Sundays and public holidays get shipped on the next working day before noon.
Our delivery partner would try to reach your package at the earliest possible.
